Lvl 45 pvp bird twink

First off i cant decide between a str/dex bird and a pure dex bird. For the ppl who r familar with 45 bird pvp which build would be better?

Ive also looked into the destiny and fortune gear. Destiny provides some regen while fortune has none. Any ideas on what to do with gear? Yes i do realize theres isis...maybe ill just run and switch to it when i need regen...

Last off r the skills...

Buffs at 6 ofc but im not to sure what else is needed for 45. Is it better to max the shots blast blind break repulse, have max roots, or is that 5 avain scream needed for escape? Oh and restore?

-6 repulse

-1 shatter
-1 meditation or 1 restore (just for extra regen)
combo
-buff, root, break, shatter, blast, repulse (regular combo for birds)
-buff, blind, repulse, step back, wait for blind and repulse, blind, repulse, break, shatter, blast (for mages. use root if they try kiting)
-buff, repulse, let beckon and their other skills miss, charge in, blind, root, break, blast, repulse (shatter, blast if u want but to me this is faster. u also dont have to get to close with just break, blast, repulse. all r 12m skills. this is for bear)

ofc u can take it!! anything for the guide-making king!
gear:
horus leather (lv 45)
trueshot bow of fortune (lv 45)
horus dex helm (lv 45)
-ur regen will be bad but forget about that.
-if u want regen go with thoth armor and helm (but all dex)

I alrdy had that build, and id recomend low break shot and high restore, gear i use is 45 orisis with balistic xbow. My build was simply 6-0-6-6. 0-6-6-1. 1-6-6-0. Pure dex. Combo is break blind blast, break blast blind repulse, break root blind blast, blind blast repulse, and blast repulse (wait for them to come in 12m rsnge) and then do break blind blast/repulse.
Btw, I BEST BURD!

Oh and btw, raptor hide helm of fortune, ballista of fortune, raptorhide armor of fortune, damage ring level 20, some vanity 0.0, full dex. I know it doesn't have good regen but it's totally worth the hit and damage.
