Lag spikes at zone change

Please help. Each time my character goes to a new screen/zone (Map screen, Town screen, instances, the auction area, etc), I experience a severe lag spike for a few minutes. Usually it would normalize after I wait, but sometimes I get disconnected and it's getting annoying.

This does not happen to my other account (I have two), and I use the same internet connection for both accounts.

Any advise would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Edit: This happens both on Chrome and my Iphone.
