A pleasant newbie says hi

Well a new forumer came in (after last message i dont think hes new) goes like this.
Him/Her: hi
Me: oh hey sup? Need any help? Bla bla..
Him/Her: how old r u? I am (not saying)
Me: im (not saying)... why?
Then as i come home he or she says that i am a bother to the forum community and know one likes me. He said i was a waste of space
So, is this true? I cant find a way to report him in private messaging. He also swared at meh so is it true? Am i a bother? Or was it just some annoying dude that is trying to get a laugh?D:
