It's not a wooden staff!its metallic now. And it's magical
and the mana sheild deflects your advanced tech. Magic is much more powerful then advanced tech. Fire and lightning would destroy your lil technological items. Pffffffft nuff said, but an operative would beat a bird and a commando would definitely own a bear.

Engineers and mages are awesome but I think mages would win.
Mage-Swimmingstar-70, Bear-Farmerstar-66, Archer-Archerrebel-66...and more...
I say engineer because if mages were the same level as us, I'm VERY sure engineer will kill the mage quickly

mages would win if you make it equal stats
the heal is huge compared to little SL heals which are quite pathetic
also mages have nuke combo and engeneers in pvp are generally bad and their sheild isnt as cool
also we have vanity bonuses and more experience as PL is the older game

Mages. Our AOE wouldn't give you a fighting chance.
Mages are inferior to Engineers
-You heal 1/4 of your health because that shows how little you have.
-We don't need wands. We have Novas
-We have a deadly stun and then will drain you at an amazing rate with all of our drains.
*Boom*. Pain just exploded and you are stunned still. Leech is still stealing your life to my own!
-Engineer armor is better
-Better looking
-More experience? We work as a team a lot better than elves!
Your vanity bonuses are no match to the power of the engie... enough said

Oh no. I love a good argument. Only Coms use the plastisteel. Our ammo is focussed energy, not projectiles. That means it'll melt the cloth from you. Our armor doesn't degrade at all vs. PL characters. Our high armor only seems like it protects little, but we are being shot with lasers. These are only elemental attacks we face, and I can assure to you that just my desert suit can protect against extreme heat and my spacesuit protect against anything that is cold. (Space is freezing no?) Overall you can hit us all you want, but we'll just shoot you <(^_^)> Saving the best for last!Umm i think this makes, no sense? O.O
