eclipse pack glitch....

Well I made a new char, bought the eclipse pack and it gave me no gems no nothing.... I would fix this before people spend all there plat and not getting anything o_o.... here a pic and I got no gems but the purchase went through...

Airrie once said that chance packs will give you gems or. Other items no matter what.
Although the chance for a legendary item is really low....

The reason you did not receive your gems is because you are level 2. As soon as you hit level 3 the pack will work properly. This is a known issue and will be addressed as soon as possible. Please contact support for a refund.
