I've put on the gold dragon helmet and armor from plat store, I've also put on the little gold dragon but there is no bonus. Is it a glitch or am I missing something?

I found a mage who only farms dragon armor and set. Her name is Mystricalnova. I saw her with green, red and blue dragon armor and helm.
After asking her she only told me that : dropping rate of green < red < blue.
p.s. green dragon armor dropped at emma 2 times in front of me (including me).
I sold itbecause I dont like green dragon armor.
