losing sound issue

I have a Samsung Stratosphere withGingerbread. Whenever I enter a 3D zone and start fighting I always lose my sound. I've always had this problem with the game but I finally got around to posting the problem.

Restarting does not help. Uninstaling and reinstaling doesn't help. I've had the same problem since the game was released. Sounds quit on every mission.

i hope the issue will be resolved soon...impossible to play PvP without sound...you dont know what is coming to you.

Im having this issue on my Samsung Galaxy S (the vibrant) running on Froyo. For a while I thought it was a manufacturing problem because this happens to me on all of the StS games but now that I see its not just Samsung devices, it makes me wonder whats going on.

Also, now that the new client is released (1.0.1.0), I get sound then it goes away & comes back after completeing the missions. Sometimes it just doesn't come back at all unless I enter another zone like The Sanctuary or The Street.

The sounds I lose are attack sounds along with the button selections and music. Only a few sounds work when I have the music turned off (I always have the music off) & then the whole thing goes silent.

What I've tried so far to fix it & does NOT work:
-Restarting the app & phone
-Making sure DL is the only app running
-Checked to see if my speaker is messed up (its working fine)
-Tried headphones and still no difference
