How do I get the levels Meathead's Deli and Crypt of the Zombie King?

I've heard about those levels but I do not see them on my Forest Haven level thing. The latest level I have is The Boss gauntlet.

They are in the secret path entrance in the town to the left of Oz

Meathead's Deli was removed because it was WAY TOO ABUSIVE.

First of all, with the huge number of zombies there.
Zombies are easy and dumb, the quickest and most surefire way to farm PvE XP Locked Immortal Twink Kills.
I farmed 50,000 kills there within two months.

Second, it was way to easy to farm low level armor recipes there when they first came out.
I recall doing ONLY a few hundred runs and getting a L.15 Expert Leather Recipe.
I then got my second in under one thousand more runs.

So when the Devs revamped FH, they decided to remove this.

I still think it's not a good enough reason to remove it. Plus people get discouraged lots of the times before doing something for the hundredth time.
