What is very strange about this tourney, is that there is no clear date on when it starts. The rules say all matches must be done before the end of the weekend, but people can enter the tourney until the 3rd of june...

The tourney has started.

I believe he means that the matches should be played before the end of the coming weekend.

If you received a bye you are automatically in round 2 and should start trying to match your round 2 opponent if they have a bye also.

I think because it is for 40 players, but the scedule they use is for 64 players.

Exactly. For a tourney to work out the number of players always has to be set up for a number of players which can be divided by 2 until exactly one is left. So the system allows a tourney of any size (up to 64) but it will always round from 2-4-8-16-32-64.

(2^1, 2^2, 2^3, 2^4, 2^5 and 2^6) for fancy exponent people.

You have a bye to 2nd round. In 2nd round you will be fighting Wyandotte

Anyone know why/if google chrome is banned from the tourney? Someone told me its because the ping is amazing;however, my iPad gets ping nearly as good as chrome. In the rules it says "computers are allowed", so im not really sure whether they are or are not banned... please answer! D:

Also, most players are by :/ this really isnt fair... why wasnt the tourney just expanded to a 64 slot?
