Mmmm being 17vs21 is easy. Yell " I am 16..." and stand next to a switch. When the 21 finds you use stacked blast and open the light... DADAAAN you got a kill :P another solution is to ad a lvll 14-15 friend and join them and kill lvl 13 people > would work better but this would not contain a challenge

I would suggest that guarding the flag is the best for you until you level up... you might get some kills too, if you are lucky
