Based on references from images, im sure there will be "blasters" designed for a game with a young audience but m16's and rocket launchers dont seem to fit in with the genre.

IMO if you add too many modern guns like shotguns, machine guns and stuff ( excluding the fantasy-based guns like death shotgun and stuff ) , the game will not be that fun anymore It'll be like SL+PL.
