Yeah, not as rare as glyphs but rates are very low.

For 56's it's near-impossible to farm Nuri's because of it's difficulty. Since you don't have to be a specific level to get these drops, I expect more and more people to farm it when they have all capped in Humania and have nothing to do. With the Humanian endgame set I believe it'll be extremely easy to grind Fang with a group of endgame.

i dont get it, if u cant get winter festival items AT ALL anymore, why is dragon stuff so exspensive,it is still possible to get dragon armor but it cost more than an item that is from 2010 and impossible to get now.

If u have a mil or two you can get pretty much any item in game including the old winter stuff. The two things that are trully valuable are the proper 56 nuri drops and the dragons. In time, I would assume dragons will go down in price because, as mentioned above, parties of 71, 76, 81, etc will continue to farms those and it will become easier and easier while scaled farming for 56 Nuri drops will remain challenging and uber rare.
There are two unknowns about the above tho:

(i) STS may decide to revive Nuri (its dead these days - people jump from sewer to Fang usually) and increase drop rates. This may affec tthe rarity of 56 drops and thereby their price.
(ii) Similarly, STS may decide to decrease the drop rate of dragons when the cap is raised while also launching new rare vanity items for lvl70+. In which case, dragons price may stay the same as now.

Either way, we just don't know but I would probably go for the initial concept of dragon prices going down long term and 56 drops staying high.
