Does anybody know how long support usually takes to email back? I sent them a email about a pretty urgent issue last night and still haven't received a email back just one saying your request is being reviewed does it just depend on how busy they are? Thanks.

Usually takes a day or two before I hear back. Sometimes longer.

It can be a few days, it depends how busy they are. They are also typically unavailable on the weekend, so if you don't hear back today, it will probably be next week.

My past 5 requests have always been in under 8 business hours.

A friend either doesn't get an answer, or gets it in over 5 days.

it just depends how busy they are, for me its usually under a day (obvious exceptions of weekends)
also it helps if they love you more, so bribe them

Usually a day or two like everyone has said. And depends on how busy that day is for them.

It doesn't always depend on how busy they are. It can be if the issue or problem you have's size. Is it an easier or a harder request for support to handle?

Yeah about a day or two until your request is being looked into hopefully.

1 second to 1 week. 1 second could be live chat. You can get a reply in a few minutes if support is not busy. Normal times are a few hours to 2 days. Support is usually not working on weekends.
