Also have a lvl 9 pally mage Im building and should i buy a thrasher now? Or later

Well, if you use thrasher on your 64 then you will hit 65, unless you waste it in other dungeons besides mount fang.

Do you need to save money or paltinum?
Do you even care for farming while you are gaining exp?

Save your plat for something that matters. Getting to 65 before Humania doesn't do much. Same with your pally. If you don't need it ASAP, don't waste the plat.
