New Max Kill Bird

Hi, I have a max kill lv 11 bird. i know he has to be pure dex, but can anyone tell me what his skill build should be?

my fav skills are
thorn root shattering scream blast shot and the 2 buffs

Long time ago, u could stop xp gain and still get kills, devs fixed that now

My 17 bear reached 275/406 xp, he has 3847 kills.

Ive had many of this pve kill characters and i can tell you its easily over 2000 without freezing.

LOL I've seen someone in pvp on my lv10 bear, has 15000 kills, um, I'm saying this as that person BEAT THAT
