Is the level 10 archer 4-pack for platinum good for a lv10 bear?

KAISRBEAR (lv76 Bear),ZENTGRAF (lv76 Mage),AMITY (lv35 Rhino) etc.
These names i got:TRADABLE;TRADEABLE;INCREASED;HIKED; etc.
