I was told 7int=1 mana regen. I have 33 base int but only 1 regen. Anyone have any insight?

It's indeed 0.02 m/s per point in INT, but you'll start with 0.78 m/s
So, total m/s = 0.78 + (0.02 x INT) + m/s from your equipment (courtesy of Physiologic)
Didnt know you started with .78 makes sense if you do. I got it to .016 infinite sign on top of 6.

thank you guys!
Ok, but remember that the first time you reach 11 int points you are granted your first mana regen point. Start there then.
