Sam, question regarding the skill stat increase:

Last skill raise, I believe STS gave us free respecs so we could tinker and figure things out - create a build that best suits our character. My question is, will the same thing be offered this campaign?

Second question:

Will the new elite helm combined with an entirely new set or add on to the existing elite set? Or is the veteran set you are giving us almost like an apology to those who grinded to 66, their first elite cap, thinking they'd have part of the elite set next campaign?

Sam, just a thought, it might be time for another skill and stat nerf, because bears will soon be invincible.

Root+ Nightmare= 60% Dodge Debuff
+Mage nuke= bear ded

Besides, I heard critical also factors into the final hit%
