The angel vanity gear will be coming with Humania. Humania will be here in the next day or two. The client has been approved, now Spacetime are just polishing the new expansion. I highly doubt u will receive WHOLE set by reaching lvl 66 or buying plat with 50 bucks.
3 elite vanities, 3 veteran rewards, makes sense?
And on the other hand by going with this logic, 50 * 3 = 150 bucks for the whole veteran set
Don't forget you also have to be playing PL for a while so that also affects it.

Although everyone will wear it now, 1 year from now it will be something unique.
