Help my dog

Hi my doog is sick he.threw up all of his food.
Keeps throughing up, and has yellow liquid poop

Help please

first suggestion is to make sure its drinking at this point it doesnt matter what there drinking as long as theres fluids going in. for dogs that are refusing to drink try low-no sodium chicken broth, if that cant tempt them to drink its serious and you need to get to the vet for sub-q fluids it is incredibly easy for a dog to die of dehydration
in terms of food, stop all kibble/wet food and put them on a diet of plain boiled or steamed white rice and boiled chicken, a bland easy to digest diet.
clear or yellow 'vomit" is just bile, means his tummy is empty, most dogs will once in a while vomit yellow foal, clear/yellowish slime ect.
parvo...parvo is typically very easy to spot even on day one, look for black poop and a smell that can only be described as death itself....
any dog thats having runny poop, vomiting and listfullness is most at risk of dehydration.
