hidden bosses in each map

If u look at accomplishments it says hidden bosses in each map..what does it mean?
New bosses?

No it says all maps not the hidden passages

I just beat a couple of them; they are the passage bosses. The only one that bugs for me is the dark forest boss: it says 'hidden' boss (this is a hint) and clearing the 'hidden' gate does not trigger the achievement... any other passages over there?

The hidden grate in Dark Forest has always been there.

I know, but that's where the boss is supposed to be at. They aren't new bosses, just the old ones (vyx, zyla doom, fridge etc.)

I checked out the grate and the hidden paths, but got nothing. I'm going to run the maze soon in the crypts, and does anyone know what they mean for the AO1 shadow boss?

I had assumed the last hidden boss is vyxnaar from shadow caves but then it says ao1?

Dark Forest boss is in a map in Fantom Crypt I think (very weird)
AO boss is 'Shadow Demon' from Shadow Caves I

Shouldn't be written as AO1 boss then.. More like shadow cave boss #1..
