Regarding Lichly Consternation AP's

My first questions for the devs, is this AP repeatable or is is bound to 1 per character. The reason I ask is its hard to gather a party for this AP & I've heard that you can't help someone complete it if you already have it done.

Secondly if your reading this as a fellow players & haven't done this yet, I have a party & we need 1 light player.
