Achievements bugged

Some achievements are bugged and cant be completed, includung all hidden bosses and some of the complete campaign achievements like wylwood.

I've haven't completed Forest Haven, Dark Forest and upto.. Balefort Sewers as the Achievement says.. If that's the case how did I reach Humania O.o

I understand this feature is new but come on 6 months of wait and all we got is a "Bug Machine" as a client?
