I did not mean the Forgotten Treasure Boss achievement, i know that's not availeble anymore.
I was talking about the Forbidden Fathom Crypt achievement!

Hey sunny, I have tried to run this map for 30 mins straight.
I did not find the vyxnaar, does it come out of one of the bulbs or does it appear randomly?

Hello Celeritate, yes it is random.

I have found it appearing right at the start of the map, the very first mob. It appears in any map of "The Overlord Returns" campaign, but from my experience I've seen it in The Hidden Pyramid.
