Is it only me or does that vanity helm look a little strange? No one has seen the new Fallen Prince yet. There is no elite cap reward guy in Humania town, so where did Dolloway obtain the helm? It follows on the same theme, but if anyone can post a picture of the fallen prince in Humania town that would be appreciated!

Hi guys - Seeing the putative new vanity helm made me join the forums.
Congrats to FFA. That was fast!
I have to say that I'm not really impressed with the look of the new vanity helm. The old CoP is so much better looking.
I just finished grinding to 66 last Friday for the Mt. Fang Armor. After seeing the volconut I wouldn't grind it out again just for this helm. I'd much prefer to farm for a set of dragon armor.
Sts what is that? Some kind of joke? Who designed that thing? Who ever it was? Well u should hire cots very own redryder for your lead designer. P......Ed

Odds are the helm is awarded with the 71 achievement (like the 21 achievement in DL where it existed but it was never on the achievement list even after you got it.) much like the Primal Undertaker title in DL.
Still yuck, no plans on bothering with 71 now.
