Dollo confirmed to me that the helm does not give a setbonus in combination with other vanities.

Maybe it isn't the actual vanity, he hasn't gotten it from the fallen prince.

Or it could be one of the oh-so-many bugs...

I think it is the actual vanity. It appeared in his Inventory when He hit 71.

Amazing leveling! Dolloway is legendary...it's his second time being first to level cap? Incredible. Saycred is great Mage too I've seen him in pvp.

I swear to god if thats the vanity and it doesn't give a set bonus with my mt.fang armor I'm just going to quit again.... I spent $90 on this to get to 66 before humania thinking i would get a set bonus, honestly for not updating your game for such a long time and this is what you bring us...... I'm beyond disappointed what a waste of time to grind to 66........... FML.

That helm is pretty fugly, but congrats on the 71!

That may not be the cap vanity though, because Fallen Prince gives those out. Then again, maybe putting it in the stash is a temporary workaround since FP is currently bugged.

Also, I don't think anyone was promised set bonuses with the previous vanities, so you don't really have much to complain about. If this is indeed the new cap vanity, it clearly isn't supposed to go with the COP, Nuri Shield, and Fang armor anyway. It's probably the start of a whole new vanity set.
