hey guys
this might be really weird but u never know if sum1 has the same thing....
Well i need help with playstation network here is the long story....

i bought a game (battlefield 3 preorder) from hong kong -derp- and i couldnt activate the online code i found out on the internet u need to make a new psn account with hong kong as the country u are in and then activate the online code on that one but you can still play on your normal account after that.
To get any dlc u have to get it on the hong kong account (i knew that coz for the btk i had to do it on that)...so there is a new dlc out and i want to buy it but coz i have to pay in hong kong money wont i get taxed for overseas transaction or something
Is there any way to bypass this or sumthing

I preordered my copy but not from overseas so I can't be sure. I would think there would be a charge, but I'd Google it as said and see if the way you will get it will have a fee.
