No he's saying with xcel the only way that number could be wrong is IF your numbers are wrong, xcel can't mess up with the computations (ex. someone hitting - instead of + on a calculator)

Level 56 Cap was based off of previous EXP needed, I believe.
Meaning, that 83k EXP was the exact EXP needed to go from level 1 to 55, and then to get the elite cap, you would have to redo the whole EXP again.

they actually took the initial XP that was needed to get from 55 to 56 and multiplied it by 10
