Your kdr shows how you face rushers. Play how you play, and you'll get the kdr you deserve.
I think you are actually un-helping them by holding there hand along the way....the best way to learn is through trial and error. What you could do is inform them about how they can find builds and strategies on the forums or even find a build and strategy for them.

By help I gave them links to chickenrunns pvp guide or i just gave em to them myself.
