4/4 with say 6% dex on 2 pieces and 7% on the other 2 then an 8% artifact, 7% ring, 7% pendant. 47% there + 35% is 82% dex, can't wait to see a 2.7k stat war mage or rog.

25 all Stat is bad and far away from the description (also the bonus last 3 sec with no visual effect).
A 250 all buff should be appropriate, if this proc will be in combo with the full set and high primary awaken it can jump to 500+ on primary.
The result will be 250% more bonus dmg provided by primary increase and more consistance for the character stats.
Keep in mind that ebon armor gives 200% more dmg and a 20-25% haste so actually op. (And it's a 71 item)
And the legendary set 6/6 and 3/3 bonus stacks, so this full set provide 50% primary right now, and that s way higher that the 35% of myth set.
Maybe a buff or a rework should be considered?
And should the set be turned into yellow rarity now instead of orange and work only in underwater dungeon only?
This feature allows players to choose items based on their need,
because arcane items will always provide best stats for each category but the full set will be the best option limited on a specific area.
I don't like the idea of change this mechanic now because it works really well.

Two things to clarify. First, belt proc buff and Mythic set bonus work everywhere; not just in Zodias.
Other thing is the assumption that the Mythic 4 piece set should be a no brainer replacement for both 3 and 6 piece Legendary sets. It’s not. All together the Myth set is designed to offer a choice, not a straight upgrade.

Set is fine imo, people don't understand with this set they can hit 2500+ dex int or str without procs.
I would say give atleast a +150% damage proc on the vest since we would be swapping out the arcane 76 stuff to the mythic gears. Mages and rogues would need this, warriors not so much.

Nah it's not about the buffs, it's about the meaning of word "significant" and apparently +25 stats is nowhere near significant, so correct the text or remove the proc from belt..
+25 to all stats from a mythic belt is fine, don't forget the "arcane" ring 76lvl gives +10 to all stats!
