Petition gun proc

My Xmas wishes. Wish to can proc myth gun without charging. As it is now is much better stay with skratch gun +proc staff. Bit unfair war and rogue can proc in less then 3sec with all pt haste. When mage straggeling to not get stun /push. Or make mage haste works on normal charging attack. Many thanks and marry xmas.
