Petition gun proc

+1 gun is hard af to proc, ppl who haven’t even used it don’t know how hard it is and shouldn’t comment abt it, played in Rahabkor portal and took me an eternity to proc it :/

+1 the proc rate is too random, way unstable proc rate. It'd be nice if the proc rate can be increased, even if by a little bit.
