Problem with platinum

When I try to buy platinum, it keeps saying:

PLATINUM PURCHASE FAILED, INVALID ORDER NUMBER DETECTED.

Any ideas how I fix this?

Hmmmm..... I dont know where you live but in the US and Canada, there is no tax on gift cards

I live in the US. We have tax on everything but food. Pretty much everything that we don't "need" is taxed.
