Elixir Free Running V2

In the spirit on not necroing old threads I'd like to start version 2 of this thread.

The idea here is to maintain an easy list of players that will host games and not boot you because you are not using elixirs. Its not so much to join their games, but maybe to add them to your friend list so you have a good group of people that you can run with without the fear of the boot.

Should be noted that this doesn't necessary preclude you from being booted for other reasons.

This list is pretty old, so it may be that a lot of the players are not with us any longer or have changed their names. I know at least some of them have been absent for a while now. If you'd like to be added/removed/updated, just post.
