nah my dl expreince has not been bad tho I like it most .. my free plat doesn't work so I can buy the stuff I rly want and my level up issue and I don't think I'm successful yet

Well that's a great attitude (<--sarcasm). STS is pretty good about helping people who are super close to the cap when an update comes raising the cap. No worries bud, like ghosty said just email support and it's pretty much guaranteed they'll help you out.

lol, i was away for like a week and couldn't really play, thought the patch went on last thursday, just came back today and lucky me ^^, they're patching today.
EDIT: ewww server down for 1 hour, oh well, i can wait :P
My friend and I have the same problem.
Also, Oct the app is saying server is down on Android as well.

It can take up to two hours to show up. As an alternative you can download it via sts as posted from samhayne.

The server is down for 1 hour for updates.
Clients On Sts Link Work Fine. But Servers Will Take Sometime

Just explain your situation in a respectful way and see if they would be willing to cut you a break. Assuming you're telling the truth (not accusing you of lying) and they see in their logs that you really were that close they should be more than happy to help out.
