See things differently? Basing the need to return a borrowed item to its owner, on the text the game returns when you get the item... is not seeing things differently. That's trying too hard to justify your actions of being a thief.

Why not just say, "I steal people's items because I want to. I won't steal items of my close friends, but anyone else I will scam the crap out of."

Personally, I'd like to see STS deal with people like this. They're ruining the fun for other players, only to better themselves.

Yup, STS SHOULD deal with this :P once my best friend scammed me and i was forced to report him. He didnt even get banned or something... Ive seen several scams like this, something should be said and done!

I am still slapping Gren about a bit, but I agree with everyone who says most people are nice and honest. I personally would do like Panda and give stuff back.

There ARE the occasional not so honest person though, so yeah, I DO count on NOT getting things back if I lend them. There would be a few people I would be VERY disappointed in if they cheated me, but I would count it down as lesson learned.

I do think STS should do something about people like that when they are found. We do not need these types in our community and I think they are not the majority.
