i know it's totally different each time but you can calculate an average. lets say u bought a vyx helm for 5k so thats like 200k profit and after that 1 hour nothing. ur average is like 100k.
i make average 200k a hour.

It's all about the higher value items. When I used to play, (lol. Sounds funny) I wouldn't even bother with items worth under 100-200k.
gf.
How do u find the deals?

Lots of people list items in cs and have no idea what to charge. If there are others of the same item for sale, you find prices usually normal, but on items where there are none for sale at the moment, sometimes one will show up way too cheap. For example, I got a glyph blade steel for 80k in the cs just last week. Normally they sell for 300k, but there were none for sale at the time, so whoever posted it probably did not know what to charge, so they just guessed.
Another way is when there are more than a normal supply of a rare item, the price will sometimes drop due to competition among those selling it. An example of this was demonic plate armor which dropped to less than 300k last week. It normally goes for 600k, but there was one as low as 260k last week with about 10 people selling it all at the same time. The strategy here would be to buy a couple of the cheap ones and then hold onto it for a week or two until the supply disappears and you can charge a higher price.

Lvl 63 Bear - Energizeric
I don't really spend most of my time merching, just do a little bit here and there.
I only do 50+ but usually just 100+ also..i also barelly buy stuff from cs..i only buy from people standing in cs ..only things i buy in cs is if i need a item fot myself.or if i see a obvious mistake..other then just buy face to face from people..also they usually say " buy cheap sell high" i do " buy cheap sell cheap" because whos going to buy high you know? I also never offer i wait to see what they say first and go from there..i dont stamd in cs for hours merfhin im usually chatting and thats when i catch the.deals. u can easily make mils in a sec. For example i bought a blue helm for 2.5 and through it in cd for 4.9m and boom sold in 10mins. Easy double up.you just got to find your own method u cant really learn how to merch only learn what to merch. Like set pieces, holiday, twink items. It is all luck.its like fishing. You cast your linr in cs by sitting there and you just wait, wait, wait, and boom u may get lucky or u may end up losi.g your bait/gold. Just be confident and try learning prices so you dont have to go " brb leme check cs" because sometimes others are spame pminh/trading the person an you can easilyyyy lose the deal. Ive had it happen.so definitly try an learn prives. Amd please dont fall for the " theres a l5 artidan in cs for 2m ill sell cheap for 1m" lol. Also if gou feel unsure jusy back down you rather not make any money at all in stead of losing money , right? Hope it helped
Also you will lose.money that inevetiable. Also you got to spend money to make money even if its your last 500k spend it if u know u can make a couple hundred back quick. Also try not to merch a merch usually a waste of time. I try an pm only random people.u barely see. Merchers of course want the higher deal an wont budge. Unless desperate.

Don't know how much I make but I can safely say on a good day I only spend a mill or so lol..

Yeah, this is rather more of a "lucky find" way for profit than real hardcore merchanting.
If you ask EVOLT, he merchants by buying stuff 5-10k off the normal price and then relisting for 5-10k higher than the normal price.
He makes profit not off of lucky noob-listed finds but rather taking a few risks and such by watching the market.
But then again, he has a few hundred slots so 5k an item makes 500k from 100 slots...not something most amateur merchants have.
This is the way it was ALWAYS meant to be.
