Buying platnium

Im using my ipod touch to buy platnium through itunes. I have 25.00. When I click the one the one that costs 19.99 it says PLatinum purchase failed invalid order number detected. I have signed out and back in to itunes. Turned off and on my device. And it is still saying the same thing.

This problem has not been fixed.
I would suggest you email support@spacetimestudios.com about your problem.

I have 25 dollars on my itunes and everytime i try to buy the 19.99 dollar platinum it says "Platinum purchase failed invalid order number detected".
So can someone tell me how they do it and what you must do before doing it.
