How about adding mounts..

Mounts that better movespeed than speed set or before that mount must be tiered up tiering leveling mount, or upgrade like combining same type of mount and a % chance to success.. to reach a best movespeed need to do like quest to uprade it or collecting upgrading materials to tier it up and add game story about mounts., add pvp system for mounts only ) so upgrading/tier up make sense also add gear/items for the mounts, upgrading them will unlock their skill and stats to be good in mounts pvp. ofcourse add lb for strongest mount. my vision for dueling them is like mini game as i see it with honor&reputation.
but ss movespeed unstackble with mounts and you cant summon pet while riding.. pet is off while using mount..
when riding it you cant attack you need to unmount first riding have 2 seconds channeling and unmounting 1.5 sec..
also if someone attacking you channeling cancel or if you have negative effects like DoT the riding and mounting cancel..
Collecting several mounts have aps, colored title reward and badge if you complete all, make it a long journey not easy but doable and accessible to all players f2p and p2w. mostly on f2p players also add a quest for only to a newbie players so other people with speedsets dont leave nabs behind and kill the bosses even if ur not there and not getting the loot also mounts have -stats like armor or health defends on its rarity.. and some mounts only getting in events that you need to catch every year and still access old mounts from previous event so the tokens worth spending to collect older and new mounts.
also add much cool looking mount but not counted in aps so p2w can buy it using platinum or getting it from locked crates.
add rare mounts in spendsalot too for aps,
some mounts huntable in all maps from starting to endgame map normal and elite based on type and rarity.
some mounts are tradeable other not.
/so players have doubled their mission the toon and your mounts.

Mounts wouldn't work well in this game. Speed Sets already make u fast so I don't see a point for mounts...

well add maps,dungeon etc that will suit the mounts, if you dont have mount on that area you will having a hard time

that would be cool tho i like that too, mounts can be animals or transportation too like car and motorcycle etc..
