Are the Executions called "Adrienne and Antal Toth" & "Erion Kalaj" in game -and- spawn?

Are they working or boken? O.o

Is the "Adrienne & Antal Toth" two bosses that spawn in the same spot or one (like a mutated/experimental twins-attached-at-the-hip freakish thing)?
