Reposition the new Mage Wings

Can the new wings be positioned higher onto mage shoulder blades? There are a lot of wings I noticed that come from the mages back muscles. The new wings would look way better if they were positioned higher anyone who disagrees is wrong.

Edit : Upon further inspection it needs to be adjusted on all classes. The position is the only thing stopping it from being great
