There is no pulsing effect. That's just a purple sparkle that appears to be a pulsing effect. Note how the left antenna in Wounded's picture isn't pulsing. I'm not entirely sure where the purple sparkles are coming from. I don't think that they are coming from the vanity set, but I can't be sure.

The only thing that's not convincing me that these are just blue antennas with a vanity set is the difference in color...

well actually your comparing the photos..but when u look at them in game there a giant sparkle in middle of anteenas that keep sparling and its really cool..but they are totally 2 diffrent pairs.idk how to make video or i would an show of them ingame

the antennas are really coool in person..theres like a big sparkle that like rotates and sparkles in the middle of it i really dont believe its glitched at all.also imo ui think they kinda look more purpleish blue then blue.. i think maybe that there for humania sets..you know how each antenna color kinda goes with a cap set.. i think crafted sets will be maybe a purpleish blue color and will go with antennas you know maybe for a release of crafting.. but thi just my opinion..i wish i could show u a video of antennas there really awesome.. there definitly not just mixing a set with background to make it look like a new antenna

u know how the xmas gift vanity shield has sparkles coming off it well these definitly do u can tell in game and i beleive saycred had the elite on to with armor an shield an you can tell the diffrence in color
