    Default Platinum purchases failing?

    I have made a few too many attempts at buying plat in the last hour, but every time it auto cancels. It says something like order taking too long to go through. Trust me its not a money problem so I'm thinking its either Google Play or STS.

    I really need some plat right now, too, so I'm semi-irritated. -.-

    Is anyone else experiencing this or have in the past? can someone help me resolve this annoying issue :/

    Also: I hope these transactions that showed up on my bank account are cancelled or refunded >.>

    You have to email STS support/helpdesk.

    checked my account and no deductions took play after all.. they just show up as if the happened yet didn't.

    I emailed support yesterday when it happened. I'm gonna try again to buy some >.< I need my lvl 10 plat pack for meh new bear

    This happened to me too when I tried to purchase plat through Google Play. Buying plat straight from the STS website worked for me though. Maybe try that if you haven't already.
