I currently doing this mission and I can't find the guard I have to kill any where? any advice?

I'm pretty sure this isn't the miner quest but just a quest where you need to find a Cycorp Guard (I remember because I have been doing the quests on my alts). I think he is just a random spawn so it might take a few runs/remakes until you find him. I just ran into him randomly at one stage and finished the quest without even realising lol. He isn't too rare so just keep remaking the level and you should find him in no time.

All I remember is that it's not the first two levels. Lol. Check the last three.
