I was soloing a dungeon today to get my gold up abit. I went to balefort castle to sell Afew of the pinks I've gotten and I could only see 4 of my hotbarred skills? I have every skill hotbarred...

There is an option to "retract" your skills to have a more open screen. Just press the arrow button next to your skills and it should have them all come out.

Did it only happen in that area?
Happened to me to except this is what happened.I had just went on PL and none of my skills were equipped.So I equipped them all and it still went away.Before that also I couldn't fit all my skills in because whenever I equipped one skill it used 2 spots for it.

try to click "SKILL" option button on menu bellow, not on the top. U should found 2 "SKILL" option, try click the bottom one. It's work on me, it may work on your's.

I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the game to resolve this issue.
