How much on top of l70 nightmare scimitar?

The lowest price I saw in the CS yesterday for the scimitar was 575k and for the wand was 799k. I've been watching the scimitar and it seems to roam between 500k and 800k depending on the day. I'm not really sure what the wand has been doing as I don't really watch INT stuff, but I saw it was 800k in CS last night.

Does 225k sound fair?

Correction. I just checked and the L70 scimitar and bongo came way down in price since yesterday.

So here are my offers:

For just the L70 scimitar, I would want 300k in gold along with the scimitar for the wand.

And for both the scimitar and bongo, I would offer the wand plus 150k in gold.
