can there at least be an option to synchronize changes we make in our account in one device to be synced across connected devices. for examples: settings, hotbars, etc

I'll add it to the list, but it's very low priority. Our general rule of thumb is if it's not needed by the server, it's saved locally vs. taking up room in the database.
