You list the "Tiki Nightmare Spear of Humanity" as part of the set for str offense, but in-game, it didn't get the "L70" flag like the other craftable items. Is it craftable or is it only part of the NON-Crafted set?

It's not craftable. Only the Monster Scimitar of Humanity is crafted and that gives it the L70.

I agree that the staff is the nicest of the Humania weapons.

I think the bonuses should add some H/s regen. Set bonuses from previous campaigns almost always included regen. It's crazy that a L55 Fortified Set gives me considerably higher H/s regen than a L70 crafted mace set with a "tank" bonus.
