L61 PvP Mage

After pvping on my low levels, I decided to give my 61 mage a try. However, I'm clueless as to what gear to use, combos, and also builds. If anyone can provide me with helpful information id appreciate it. Thanks

Sanguine xbow set or glyph/demonic xbow set for gear. Max buffs,drain,fire,frostbite,lightning,heal,1 rev,1mana shield. Debuffs arent very good in pvp cuz u r nuked before u get in close enough. Early shield before fighting and kite

Skip the dex, pure is OP at that level. Get a lilith wand set, and max shield. +14 armor is a lot more than you'd think.

Running off a very low budget haha :/. My best option is to do the Sang xbow set. If pure dex is OP shouldn't I do that?

Half int half dex so u can use both.problem solved.

I've said it twice, and I'll say it again. ALL int, screw the xbow.

If you so happen to choose dex only put enough into it to use the gear you need. And you definitely need 6 in management shield.

Agreed, mages with xbows at that level dont work out to well, if your budget is to thin then put that character on hold and do some farming for money. I'd say (as stated above) full INT and lilith wand set.

Is a L61 mage even that good? I've seen pure dex birds and bears take them down easily :/...

A Strongman/Big Top/ Orlock/ Dead Pally wont be as bendy as a dex mage. Justt keep our HP above half and youre all set .
