Jewels are the higher quality version of the Fire Gem, and have stats on par with lvl 20 or so items, hence the level 16 requirement so as not to allow things to get too out of balance

Whats the point of that when level 26 players can't PvP with level 16 characters? I don't understand. O.o The bracelect gem is practicly useless for upper level players other than looks. Make it just a vanity then cuz the stats really suck.

The necessary Shard will be quite rare, but the event will be going on for quite awhile so you have plenty of time to work your way up
